WelcomHeritage Chinnar Plantation Bungalow 
WelcomHeritage's Chinnar Plantation Bungalow is located in the Semni valley Tea Estate, near Elappara, on the cardamom hills of Peer made in central Kerala. Semni Valley is bordered by the Haileyburia Tea Estate on the west, the Chinnar Estate on the north and Tyford on the south. A Plantation Bungalow has just been added to the WelcomHeritage chain. This marks the chain's first foray into the popular tourism of Kerala. The Bungalow is located at Haileyburia, known for its coffee, vanilla, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg plantations.
The estate has private lakes and bridges and is located at a height of 2,500 ft. The area surrounding the bungalow is a mosaic of seasonal flowering plants, creepers and vines, well-trimmed lawns and gorgeously landscaped gardens. The 770 sq meter single-storey bungalow, built in semi-colonial style, also incorporates typical Kerala architectural features.
